The Cooperative Memorial Access Program is a structured legal-commercial arrangement anchored on Christ the Redeemer Columbarium — the first of its kind in the Philippines — developed by Teresa Development Corporation and located within Rose Lawns Memorial Park in Brgy. Bata, Bacolod City.
The program is not a referral scheme. It is a cooperative channel strategy: Divine Mercy Memorial Service Cooperative organizes member demand across its federation, routes that demand through participating member-cooperatives, and supports access to memorial services through cooperative credit, member education, and institutional documentation. TDC provides the inventory, the platform, and the service capability. The federation provides structured access and financing pathways.
Optional service riders through Rose Lawns Memorial Park and Acropolis Gardens — both TDC properties on the same site — are available as supplementary components once the anchor program is established.
Christ the Redeemer Columbarium — a 2-hectare facility with 40,000+ vault capacity, the first modern columbarium complex of its kind in the Philippines. Located within Rose Lawns Memorial Park, Brgy. Bata.
Participating cooperatives organize member demand, extend financing, handle intake documentation, and remit payments under agreed protocols. TDC remains the primary operator and controls the official vault registry.
Member-cooperatives evaluate credit and extend financing to their own members. TDC is not exposed to individual credit risk unless expressly agreed. Vault rights are issued upon confirmed payment milestones.
Optional riders through Rose Lawns Memorial Park and Acropolis Gardens: cremation, viewing chapel, urn, hearse, interment, plaque, and memorial ceremony. Priced separately from the core vault product.
TDC provides the inventory and platform. Divine Mercy Federation coordinates. Member-cooperatives extend credit and handle intake. Members and families receive dignified access with financing options.
Brgy. Bata positions the complex within one of Bacolod's most active growth corridors — flanked by prestige residential, leisure, and institutional infrastructure within 1–3 km, and connected to regional retail hubs, port access, and Silay Airport within 15 km.
